We milk our goats twice per day for about 9 months and use all of our milk for Artisan Raw Goat Cheese, aged at least 60 days. This year we will be working on three cheeses: feta, gouda, and cheddar. Cheese is for sale at both locations of the Olympia Food Co-op. |
